This 4 week course will help those new to Mindfulness and Meditation to learn some simple techniques to introduce into your day so that you can practice being present in every moment.
Learning these techniques in a small and informative group allows for lots of practice and support from and of each other.
We will also do some guided and unguided meditation each evening so that you can find the style of mindfulness that works for you. You will leave each week with at least 2 new mindfulness tools to use on your own and in your own way.
