Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation

  This 1 day workshop will help those new to Mindfulness and Meditation to learn some simple techniques to introduce into your day so that you can practice being present in every moment. Mindfulness is simple, easy and quick to fit into your life and allows you to connect back to yourself and learn your own triggers, behaviours and coping mechanisms and how to enhance peace, calm and presence.  Meditation is about taking yourself out into the Universal Consciousness and connected to all that there is and finding out how unique and special you are and how the world really wouldn't be the same without you in it! This course will include:
  • meditations specifically to help you relax, connect and expand, leaving you feeling calm and centred
  • new mindfulness techniques each week that you can start to use immediately and that are simple, fun and effective
  • access to facebook support group that will allow you to share, connect and support
  • email support from me after the course
  • 20% off any one to one session you book with me 
This course will leave you with a whole host of useful techniques that you can use right away and fit into your day, no matter how busy.
