Addressing Stress with Mindfulness & Meditation



This one day workshop will be informative, useful and powerful to anyone who has experienced stress in their lives.

Prevention really is better than cure but we will be addressing all angles of stress, how to recognise it and how to deal with it.

We will work together to: Understand what stress is Identify types of stress and their cause Identifying your own stressors Tools to address your stress Meditation and mindfulness techniques for home use Tools for a calmer life

This course is ideal if you have done any mindfulness or meditation and follows on from the Intro to Mindfulness evening course too.

Stress is an everyday part of life and there are many ways to deal with it BUT it is essential that you recognise what, who and where your stress is coming from so that the techniques you use are the very best ones for YOU!

This course will run 10am - 4.30pm on SUNDAY 5th February 2017
