Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping is one of th emost powerful yet gentle therapies available. In the 20 years I have been practicing this amazing therapy I have yet to find something I couldn’t tap on. It is both a talk therapy and an energy therapy and is often referred to as Energy Psychology.

One session can oftne be enough for habits, phobias anf behaviours you need support to change or let go of, however I am offering reduced rates on blocks of sessions so that you can feel assured that we can deal with whatever comes up and make a real impact on your daily life moving forward.
